In 1997 HANOVER FIST was borne in Wilmington NC, also
known as New Hanover County. Original members Ronny
Lamanna , Bud Shepard, and Jamie Mintz began Playing
Clubs like Rockits, the Arena, 42nd st, Cody's, Fort Sumter air
force base, Kefi and the list goes on, this band built a strong
following in the Trenches of the Bar scene.
After a 4 year break and playing in other bands the 3 Original
members came to the realization that the only way they could
play music that felt right was when they played it together. And
so the 08 return came to be.
Years after it's inception this Three peice Band is out to make
